Aims and Scope

 

The Egyptian Journal of Desert Research (EJDR) is an international peer-reviewed journal published annually in one volume of two issues. EJDR deals exclusively with the issues of desert research and development that fall within the scope of the environment, natural resources, water, soil, plants, animals and human resources as well as socio-economic aspects of desert development. It is published in standard British or American English language, and with Arabic summary.

 

EJDR was previously published as The Desert Institute Bulletin, Egypt (Bulletin de l’Institute du Desert d’Egypte), since 1951.
